His left hand is raised, holding a finely carved trishula (trident) topped with a delicate lotus bud, while his right hand is held up in the benevolent Abhaya Mudra, symbolizing reassurance and protection. A prominent cobra snake is intricately coiled around his neck, and his matted hair (jata) is piled high in a topknot, adorned with celestial details, reflecting his ascetic nature. He wears minimal upper body garments, allowing the finely sculpted physique and elaborate necklaces, possibly rudraksha beads, to be visible. His lower body is draped in a dhoti with richly textured patterns.
