ram darbar for home

  • Sale! detailed studio photograph showcases three exquisite, full-length white marble statues depicting the revered Hindu deities of the Ram Darbar: Lord Rama, his consort Sita, and his brother Lakshmana. The meticulously carved sculptures stand against a smooth, dark gradient background that subtly enhances their pristine white appearance and intricate detailing. From left to right, the arrangement features Lakshmana, Lord Rama, and Sita. Each deity is depicted standing gracefully on a rectangular base, adorned with elaborate crowns, intricate necklaces, armlets, and flowing traditional garments that suggest movement and drapery. Circular, halo-like prabhamandalas frame the heads of each figure, symbolizing their divinity. The central figure, Lord Rama, is particularly prominent, standing in a regal posture with his right hand raised in the Abhaya Mudra (a gesture of fearlessness and blessing), and his left hand holding a finely detailed bow. A quiver of arrows is visible behind his left shoulder, emphasizing his role as a divine warrior. His facial expression is serene and benevolent. To Lord Rama's left (our right), stands the elegant Goddess Sita. She wears a magnificent crown, multiple necklaces, and a beautifully draped sari. Her right hand is gently raised, and her left hand appears to be holding a small lotus bud, signifying purity and beauty. Her expression is equally serene and graceful. To Lord Rama's right (our left), stands Lakshmana, mirroring many of Rama's attributes. He also sports a regal crown, rich jewelry, and traditional attire, and holds a bow, signifying his unwavering loyalty and strength as Rama's protector. The craftsmanship of these marble idols is exceptional, highlighting the smooth texture of the polished stone and the fine details of the jewelry, facial features, and garments. The pure white marble reflects light, giving the deities a luminous quality. The image conveys a sense of spiritual tranquility and devotion, making it ideal for articles about Hindu religious sculpture, traditional Indian marble carving, the Ramayana epic, the significance of the Ram Darbar in Hindu worship, or the artistry of devotional home decor and temple statues. A subtle watermark for "The Stone Studio" is visible at the bottom of the image.

  • Sale! richly detailed, monochromatic dark grey stone sculpture, often referred to as a "Rama Darbar" or "Rama's Court," depicts Lord Rama, Goddess Sita, Lakshmana, Bharata/Shatrughna, and Lord Hanuman. This idol is carved from a single piece of dark stone, possibly granite or soapstone, showcasing exquisite traditional Indian craftsmanship. At the very center, seated majestically on an ornate, multi-tiered pedestal, are Lord Rama and Goddess Sita. Lord Rama, positioned on the viewer's left, is depicted with a serene, compassionate expression. His right hand is raised in the Abhaya Mudra, a gesture signifying fearlessness and blessing, while his left hand rests on his lap. He wears an elaborate crown, intricate necklaces, armbands, and a draped dhoti, all finely carved. Beside him, to his right, Goddess Sita is seated gracefully, also adorned with a royal crown, exquisite jewelry, and flowing garments. Both figures exude calm and divine grace. Flanking the divine couple are two standing male figures. To Lord Rama's immediate left stands Lakshmana, depicted with his hands folded in Anjali Mudra (a prayer or reverence gesture), looking devotedly towards Rama. He too wears a crown, dhoti, and traditional jewelry. To Goddess Sita's immediate right stands another royal figure, likely Bharata or Shatrughna, holding a ceremonial fan (chauri), signifying service and reverence. At the very bottom of the sculpture, kneeling humbly at Lord Rama's feet, is Lord Hanuman. He is depicted with distinct simian features, his hands folded in deep devotion, looking upwards towards Rama with an expression of profound loyalty and humility. The entire ensemble is framed by a magnificent, highly ornate archway, known as a 'prabhavali,' which rises behind the figures. This arch is lavishly adorned with intricate carvings of spiraling floral motifs, delicate foliage, and classical patterns, culminating in a decorative element at the top, which resembles a ceremonial umbrella or chatra, symbolizing royalty and divine protection. The base of the sculpture also features finely carved decorative elements, including floral patterns and geometric designs. The dark, matte finish of the stone highlights the deep relief carvings and the meticulous details of the crowns, jewelry, facial features, and drapery, giving the sculpture a timeless and monumental quality. This representation embodies themes of devotion, loyalty, dharma, and divine family, making it an iconic piece for spiritual reverence, traditional Indian art collections, or as a symbol of cultural heritage.
