The intricate artwork showcases four primary figures standing upon a multi-tiered, ornately carved pedestal, all housed within an elaborate, arch-like structure (prabhavali). At the center stands Lord Rama, the tallest figure, adorned with a regal crown, long earrings, necklaces, and traditional drapery, holding a long bow or staff in his left hand, symbolizing his warrior aspect. To his immediate right (viewer's left) is Goddess Sita, elegantly sculpted with a similar crown, jewelry, and attire, her right hand raised in a gesture of blessing or grace (abhaya mudra), embodying devotion and beauty. To Lord Rama's left (viewer's right) is Lakshmana, depicted with a crown and holding a weapon, standing slightly shorter than Rama, signifying loyalty. Positioned in front of Lakshmana, on the lower tier of the pedestal, is the devoted Hanuman, shown in a kneeling or crouching posture, gazing upwards with hands clasped in reverence, wearing a simple loincloth. The entire composition is framed by an exquisitely carved, towering archway. A decorative canopy or stylized parasol-like structure is visible above the central figures. At the very apex of the arch, a fierce Kirtimukha (a mythical, grotesque lion-like mask often found in Hindu temple architecture) is prominently featured, surrounded by swirling foliage, intricate scrollwork, and makara (mythical sea creatures) motifs on either side.
