  • Sale! striking, vibrant, and highly stylized mixed-media sculpture depicts a human head or bust, presented against a clean, soft gradient background transitioning from white to light gray. The artwork features an explosion of bold, multi-colored paint applied with a dynamic, abstract expressionist style that combines a realistic sculptural form with a graffiti-like, pop art aesthetic. The face, appearing to be male, is rendered through broad, fluid brushstrokes and distinct, contrasting patches of vivid colors including bright reds, oranges, yellows, greens, blues, deep blacks, and soft pinks. The eyes are particularly captivating with brilliant blue irises and dark pupils, surrounded by complex layers of red, orange, and black paint that define the eyelids and brows. The sculpted nose is highlighted with golden yellow, while the full lips are a rich red accented with touches of white, giving them a glossy appearance. The cheeks and jawline are a mosaic of reds, oranges, blacks, and whites, creating depth and shadow through color rather than traditional shading. The hair, also textured and sculpted, is painted in contrasting blocks of green, yellow, and blue, suggesting a dynamic, almost tousled style. The left ear is visible, rendered in yellow with orange and red accents. The top and back edges of the sculpture appear raw, rugged, and irregularly shaped, suggesting a deliberate unfinished or fragmented quality that enhances its contemporary artistic feel. The overall impression is one of intense energy and emotional depth, making a powerful artistic statement that blends classical portraiture with modern urban art influences. This visually arresting piece would be ideal for an article discussing modern art, contemporary sculpture, the fusion of street art with classical forms, vibrant artistic expression, or the exploration of identity through color and texture.

The serene figure is depicted in a meditative cross-legged lotus position (Padmasana), embodying deep peace and tranquility. His eyes are gently closed or downcast, conveying profound inner reflection and mindfulness. The head features tightly curled hair culminating in a prominent ushnisha, symbolizing wisdom and spiritual enlightenment, with elongated earlobes that suggest detachment from worldly concerns. • tall, intricately carved black granite sculpture of the Hindu deity Lord Vishnu stands majestically against a plain, light grey background, emphasizing its exquisite detail and form. The statue is rendered in a traditional classical Indian style, likely from the South Indian tradition, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship and deep reverence for iconography. Lord Vishnu is depicted in a serene, standing posture (Samabhanga), exuding tranquility and divine power. He is shown with four arms (Chaturbhuja), a distinguishing characteristic of many Hindu gods. In his upper right hand, he holds the Sudarshana Chakra, a divine discus symbolizing cosmic law, righteousness, and the destruction of evil. His upper left hand firmly grasps the Shankha, a conch shell, representing creation, the primordial sound 'Om', and purification. His lower right hand is extended downwards in an open, possibly boon-granting (Varada Mudra) or protective gesture, while his lower left hand rests on or holds a Gada, a mighty mace signifying strength, authority, and the power to maintain cosmic order. The deity is adorned with an elaborate Kiritamukuta (conical crown), intricately detailed with sacred symbols and miniature carvings, enhancing his regal appearance. He wears multiple layers of necklaces (hara) that cascade down his chest, prominent armlets (keyura), bracelets (kankana), and finely sculpted anklets (nupura). His lower garment, a dhoti, is draped elegantly, with visible pleats and folds, secured by an ornate waistband (kardhani) that adds to his divine ornamentation. A grand Prabhavali, or aureole, forms an arch behind and around Vishnu, extending from his head down to his feet. This Prabhavali is exceptionally rich in carving, featuring a multitude of smaller celestial beings (devatas), devotees, mythical creatures such as Makaras, and auspicious motifs along its edges. At the apex of the arch, a stylized Kirtimukha (glory face) or similar symbolic motif is present, further emphasizing the divine and protective aura surrounding the main figure. Flanking the main deity at his feet are two smaller attendant figures, possibly his divine consorts Sridevi (representing prosperity) and Bhudevi (representing the Earth), or perhaps devotees or dwarapalas (gatekeepers). Each attendant is also finely sculpted, adding depth and narrative context to the overall composition. The entire sculpture rests upon a sturdy, multi-tiered rectangular plinth, which provides a stable and elegant base for this impressive artwork. The dark, almost black, polished stone, likely black granite, beautifully catches the soft, even lighting, highlighting the intricate contours, varied textures, and the profound depth of the carvings. This magnificent piece exemplifies classical Indian sculptural art, offering a blend of artistic mastery, spiritual symbolism, and cultural heritage, making it a significant representation of Hindu devotional art suitable for a temple, a revered private collection, or as a focal point for spiritual contemplation and cultural appreciation. The "The Stone" watermark in the center of the image suggests it may be a product from a stone carving or art vendor, emphasizing its commercial availability or presentation as a crafted item. • finely crafted black stone Shiva Lingam, presented as a standalone sculpture against a plain, soft light grey background. The entire piece is sculpted from a dark, likely granite or similar durable stone, giving it a matte black or very dark grey appearance. The sculpture is composed of two main parts: the smooth, upright, rounded cylindrical lingam, and its intricate, multi-tiered rectangular yoni base. The lingam rises centrally from a recessed area on the top surface of the yoni. The yoni base is rich in detailed traditional Hindu carvings. Along the upper perimeter, a continuous band of repeating floral motifs, resembling stylized four-petal flowers or rosettes, encircles the visible sides. Below this decorative band, on the front face, a prominent square panel features a larger, more elaborate four-petal flower design with intricate central detailing. The base itself is layered with architectural steps, adding depth and visual interest to its structure. On the right side of the yoni, a distinct, horizontally projecting drainage spout with a gentle curve at its end is clearly visible. This functional element is designed to channel sacred offerings like water or milk during Abhishekham rituals, an essential part of Hindu devotional practice. The very bottom tier of the base is also adorned with carvings, likely depicting stylized lotus petals or traditional kumbha (pot) motifs, common in temple architecture and spiritual iconography. A subtle watermark for "The Stone Studio" with the tagline "Transforming your Imagination" is visible in the bottom right corner, suggesting the artisan or vendor of this handcrafted devotional item. This detailed portrayal highlights the exquisite craftsmanship and spiritual significance of the Shiva Lingam, making it a relevant visual for articles discussing Hindu religious art, temple sculptures, spiritual practices, or artisan stone carving.
